Effective February 1, 2022, this app provides a redirect to the CBP MPC App for the submission of passport and travel entry information to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

RushMyPassport
Airside and Expedited Travel partnered to create a combined service offering of the Mobile Passport App and RushMyPassport online passport application services with the U.S. Department of State. To prepare for future trips, travelers can find a direct link to RushMyPassport on the home screen of the Mobile Passport App, and complete the administrative work, digitally, without an in-person visit to a passport office or enrollment center.
Additional services include form-fill automation for application completion, biometric passport photo services, full-tracking visibility throughout the approval process, and free assistance from passport specialists.

Mobile Passport by Airside app good for

This app give me the opportunity to clear the custom a lot faster. Most main international airports in the US have dedicated counters at the border to serve MPC customers which are empty, that means you dont need to make the long line at customs.
Although the 4 star rating for ugly interface. The app is a breeze to use and has gotten me through customs as fast as nexus
I wondered why this app hasnt been developed before. Canada needs one.
My family & I sailed true customs in 5 minutes. We went to a different line to get through customs. There was only one other family ahead of us who had the Mobile Pass app. The customs officers knew what to do with the app/phones & our passports and were very friendly. It was fast and easy at the airport arrival because we were basically the only family using it. If there were more people they would need more scanners at the final exit after picking up baggage (there was only one scanner there). I highly recommend this app for frequent foreign fliers!!
Used in Chicago the first time last week and worked well. Saved me lot of time.
We recently used the app returning from London. It worked great upon returning to Atlanta. When we got off the plan I asked the person inside if I could use the mobile passport app and she immediately opened the ques and sent us straight to the front of the building. Not all of the attendants were able to process the apps but some were and we had no wait time at all. I highly recommend using the app.

Some bad moments

1 star because the doesnt inform you that it is completely useless for Permanent Residents. The app does not allow entering Green Card information, which means that you cannot use it if you or someone in your party is a Canadian citizen who lives in the United States. Why exclude Residents and only facilitate ease of travel for Visitors?
The problem is only for peoples from US or canada,as french i even can t make the first step inside the app.So bad next month i go to miami.
I was hoping to use this app on my next flight into the US, but when I tried to add a trip I discovered that the list of airlines available doesn’t include the one I’m flying on (Westjet)…as a result I entered all of my information for nothing.
I downloaded the app and entered my data. There was no line at the airport, but for some reason the officer couldnt process the people in front of me. Folks using regular passports flew past us. When I got to the front of the line the officer asked for my passport booklet anyway. In fact, even though they kept scanning my app, I was consistently asked for my passport booklet so all it did as make it take longer. Global Entry would have been faster and easier. This was a waste of time.
Arrived in Miami.... Tried to submit.... Fail fail fail. Go get in line.
There were no clear marking as to where to go. Ending up standing in line for the kiosks. Attendant realized that I had the app and took me to the front of the second line to speak with an immigration officer. So in that case I did save 30 minutes and could have saved even more time if I knew where I was going. The officer gave me an exit A pass for customs which after I claimed my check-in bag led me to a long line for a secondary check on my luggage wile nearly everyone else was waived through. I was behind 20 people with tons of luggage and boxes. As I travel very light and thought I would be saving time with the app, I asked to make sure I was in the right line. Sure enough I had to wait as everyone elses luggage and boxes were rummaged through. When it came to me, my suitcase was scanned and I was allowed to leave without my things being touched. I will give the app another try. But today was my longest experience retuning to the states - 1.5 hours just to leave the airport!
