App works great... Customs doesnt

Used the app, followed the directions, all the airport employees were a little confused about what to do with me because I used the app... so I got to wait in line with everyone else. App is great but the JFK airport made it worthless. So it would be like if the Amazon app worked great, but you never got what you ordered.
