The rep guiding line flow at Jfk had no idea what we were talking about when we asked where to go for mobile checkin and made us go to the self check in kiosk. Since there was no line anyway it wasnt a big deal. But it printed a void receipt at the kiosk since we already checked in by mobile app. The custom official then pointed out where we would go next time saying it was brand new at jfk. When we travel in July now well be smarter
