Didnt Work

We returned yesterday to OHare from Cancun. I was excited to use this app as I had taken the time to create a login, scan my passports, etc. Yet, it didnt work, sadly. It just kept giving me a message that it couldnt communicate at this time. I know one of the stewardesses on the plane said hers was not working either.

The kiosks are nice, but we could have skipped all that had the app worked.

Im sure they will continue working out the kinks and it will make it smoother and more reliable. But for now, it didnt function when I needed it.
