App Works Great but CPB Need Training
We sip try to line using this app. Filled out the form on the plane. Submitted on taxi five minutes later we were through customs at SJC. There were some difficulties scanning the QR code and the agents were complaining, saying they had no training whatsoever in how to accommodate people using the app and their phones. Typical of the government to leave the dots unconnected. Itll be great for about six months until everybody stats using it.
