Terrific

Just got into JFK (home) from KEF. The app was great, BUT, led me to believe those traveling with me could bypass the line and were included w/MY Global Entry.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. I could enter in all her Passport info for CBP and submit it, but when we got to the kiosk, it kicked her out.
As this was my first time, and having read reviews, I think I could have bypassed the kiosk and we would have been fine. Something to try until she gets her entry card...
