Mobile Passport by Airside App Reviews

I go through customs so quickly because of this app. I travel 400k miles a year and with the expansion of the service into more airports the app is only getting better. Dont be stupid and wait in lines any more.

This app was as good as if not better than Global entry...& its free. I sped right through customs at JFK.

I love this app and find that my longest trip through the entire customs process has been less than 5 minutes from start to finish Every time. It is usually because nobody else is using the app! And there is a special line for it! Beats spending a bunch of money for other alternatives if your airport has this feature. Seattle works great!

Dont bother downloading if youre traveling into LAX. Its not on the list of approved airports

App worked fine but staff at SFO did not seem to be up to speed on the process. Did skip long queue to reach passport control but then was verbally asked all the questions in the form plus more detailed ones. Needed to scan the receipt twice: once at the passport control and again when leaving the baggage area. It was not clearly marked where to go and what to do at each stage. Process could be streamlined further.

But Ive only been through Atlanta.
