Was amazingly fast going through Miami customs!!

Love the idea, there is not much direction, so I loaded my passport and sent in my form and got my receipt. Perfect! I then added my boyfriends and his form and got his receipt, except mine was now nowhere to be found. You can only have one receipt in the app at a time. A solo or family form. They let us go in the mobile line anyway and we zipped through customs in under 5 minutes at SFO! Woo!

Cant wait for more airports to implement this!!!

The app works like a champ! However, as a first time user, I had no clue where to go. The staff at the airport directed me to a regular line, where I had to submit a paper copy :-)

Used it yesterday for the first time. Got through customs 25 mins faster then the guys I was traveling with!! On a tight connection it can make the difference of catching your flight or not.

Used it today at Jfk! Total time saver and a quick and easy process through customs! I love it!

I has Global Entry but my wife and Kids dont - all 5 of us flew through passport control @ MIA just as fast as when I use global Entry!!

Used the app, followed the directions, all the airport employees were a little confused about what to do with me because I used the app... so I got to wait in line with everyone else. App is great but the JFK airport made it worthless. So it would be like if the Amazon app worked great, but you never got what you ordered.

It doesnt work and the airport staff is completely useless in navigating the app while actively telling people in line to get out of line and download the app. We got to the final stage of the app in which we were waiting for a receipt and it failed to issue a receipt. Waste of time, which is to be expected from the app approved by DHS.

This app scanned my passport right away, and helped me skip a HUGE line!

Submitted my info just as we landed. Started filling out a regular customs form just in case. Then asked and Seattle supported the app. It worked great. Both check points were surprised that I was using the app but both points knew how to handle it and all went smoothly.

I Had the opportunity to use this app and I recommend it to anyone who travels!! Love it entirely!! Thank you TSA and everyone who helped with this!!

I literally skipped the longest line ever. The line was longer than Best Buy on Black Friday. It was kinda cool skipping everyone while they watched me get checked in to the country effortlessly. Haha!! I suggest you download this app if you hate waiting in line.

I had used this app over and over in several airports, from my experience this is a great app and congratulation to all airports that installed this app. It save me from not missing my connection flights, it is very fast to go through customs.
