Mobile Passport by Airside App Reviews

I used the app today at SFO. It was great. My line was nearly non existant. From the time I left the plane until I was through customs was under 30 minutes and most of that was spent waiting for my bag. Dont tell anyone else, but this is the first good things to happen for passengers in many years.

Great app!! Love the new scanner! Didnt have to input all my info!! Yeah!!

This is the greatest app ever for any us citizen coming back from an international trip. It took me through immigration and custom at the speed of lighting

Downloaded while standing in a long line at the Atlanta airport. Within 2 minutes, it was configured and we were ready to skip the line and go through customs. Our wait went from 1.5 hours to 5 minutes. A definite must have for any international traveler.

This should be standard at all airports. Atlanta was backed up with a technical issue and we caught wind of the app while waiting in an epic line. We were cutting it close to missing our connection. 5 minutes later our profiles were up and we had a receipt to get through customs. Bim bam boom. Please expand this program.

With this app, went through immigration & customs in less than 20 min. Of course, getting our luggage wasnt any faster. Will it be as fast when everyone catches on? Good app!

Very confusing. States one per family but doesnt say to check everyone. Not much help at airport either on figuring it out. Also sent us to wrong line after baggage pickup. This is also 4th time Ive tried to review Only tells you nickname taken at end and then wipes out entire review!

Takes a few minutes to add your passports but saved us almost an hour in line. So easy to use... Almost as fast as the Global Entry line!

This app was a really pleasant surprise. A nice attendant in passport control at JFK told us about this app, downloaded it onsite and was out the door and in the car before others in our party had even gotten out of baggage claim. This saved us at least an hour - it is a must have app for international travel.

The first time I wasnt so sure so I used the old written form as well & didnt see the special lines. The second time around I searched out the ones & was amazed at how smooth & easy the process was. Long overdue!

I used this app for my arrival from LHR to SEATAC. The app itself is easy to use,quick and handy. The airport was a bit awkward, one didnt pay attention to the special line they had us in, the other walked over specially to let me through. A bit clunky but Im hoping it goes better as more users take advantage of a useful app.

Cut my wait time from 1 1/2 hours to five minutes through customs . So simple and a must have !!

Best app ever literally zipped through customs. Like driving through toll booth passed everyone on line paying cash.only reading not 5 stars I should have been told to set up app while sitting on plane, instead of at customs desk.

I have now used this twice. Helps you fly past the immigration & custom in minutes. I was literally off the aircraft and outside in 15 mins (of course i did not have any checked baggage)

Easy to setup and Im looking forward to my next trip.

Ive used this app for a few entries now and it has definitely saved a lot of time avoiding the customs line at SFO.

Zipped past long lines at EWR to get to baggage claim in just a few minutes. This is going to be awesome until everyone else gets it! My travel companion couldnt use the app because they have a green card. Shame it doesnt work in that situation yet.

I saw signs for the app in the departure lounge at SFO. I installed the app before taking off and enter my passport information. When the plane landed I notified customs I had returned. I didnt see a line for people who used the app so I asked someone and they opened a line for me. I got to speed ahead of everyone waiting for the kiosks. Now if it could only speed up baggage claim.
