Mobile Passport by Airside App Reviews

This is my second time to use the app. I most recently used it on my trip back from Frankfurt, Germany. It is very easy to set up your account. I breezed through customs in under 5 minutes at DFW. The CBP staff were great and knew exactly what needed to be done. The DFW airport had great signage to let you know what line to use for the app. A must have app!!!

Im a frequent international traveler, I just start using this application entering US by MIA airport, literally I spent less than ONE minute to pass through immigration, first time ever!! Now, all my family is using the application!! Simply Amazing!!

Just FLEW through Customs at EWR. Didnt even have to break my gait while non-app lines around me were ten+ rows deep. Worked great my first time using it.

The best way to skip lines at the airport. So fast, comfortable, easy and reliable.

I felt like I had a Fast Pass in Harry Potter World at Disney! I couldnt believe I was walking right past the long and winding customs line in Miami. It felt like the Twilight Zone. It saved me a couple of hours in line. There was literally one man in front of me in line when I arrived at the customs check point. But lets keep this a secret, shall we?

I read about the app in the flight magazine. So thankful I did. We got through in less than 10 minutes and the line was at least 2 hours!

Would be 5 stars if CBP would get on board everywhere with this and help process long lines.

I work for an airline and this really helps expedite the wait time! I highly recommend it.

I was quickly able to get through customs as they had a special line devoted to mobile passport. I hope more airports can begin to optimize the use of the app!

I wrote a long detailed Sterling review of your product and the great experience I had with it. Unfortunately when I clicked send it told me the nickname I chose was taken and everything I wrote was LOST!!! I dont intend to go through that again. Id have given you five stars but experiences like that leave a bad taste in your mouth and shows that your app does have its flaws.

Part of me wants to tell all, but the other part doesnt want it to get too popular. Landed a busy midday at SFO and walked straight to the front of an empty MPC line. Flight crew got in line behind me, as it was much shorter than Global Entry.

The problem is only for peoples from US or canada,as french i even can t make the first step inside the app.So bad next month i go to miami.

I used this app on the ipad, because keying on the pad is easier in my age. The data were not transferred to my iPhone and the reader at the airport couldnt read from the iPad. That was not easy.

I was hoping to use this app on my next flight into the US, but when I tried to add a trip I discovered that the list of airlines available doesn’t include the one I’m flying on (Westjet)…as a result I entered all of my information for nothing.

Kudos to the people who developed this app. It worked brilliantly and saved a ton of time for me at the Miami airport last week. Its not flashy but works perfectly, seems very stable.

So happy to see this implemented at SFO. I logged onto the airport wifi, downloaded the app, and completed everything needed so I flew through passport control! Awesome! Only thing I can think to improve right away is to make the receipt with the QR code automatically go to full brightness so it has an easier time with the scanners. Great app overall!

I downloaded the app and entered my data. There was no line at the airport, but for some reason the officer couldnt process the people in front of me. Folks using regular passports flew past us. When I got to the front of the line the officer asked for my passport booklet anyway. In fact, even though they kept scanning my app, I was consistently asked for my passport booklet so all it did as make it take longer. Global Entry would have been faster and easier. This was a waste of time.
