Mobile Passport by Airside App Reviews

At a time when the customs line was wrapped around room twice, I downloaded the app, filled out information -- same questions as the paper form, went to Mobile app station -- no line. All I had to do was show the clerk the final "picture page" as I walked through customs. Very simple and easy to do.

Loaded and registered while on our flight to DFW from Mexico. Great when we went through passport control but bogged down with general passengers through customs. Sign for Mobile app people but not in reality.

Mobile passport was easier then my global entry !! Love it

I was worried using this app would be a disaster. The opposite experience occurred. It was easy to scan passports. Easy to take pictures. Used when coming through Seattle from London. Went to the head of the line. As we exited the agent thought we were breaking the wheelchair line until I showed him my phone. Scanned the receipts and within 1 minute we were done while everyone else on the flight waited in long lines.

Once I found the line in EWR (there was no one in it), I went through quickly. I was the first person at the bag belt! Great app and work perfectly! Very easy

After entering all of my pertinent information into this app, it consistently displayed that it was unable to process my request. Unfortunately this happened at the end of my International trip, re-entering the US... When I needed it... Very annoying...

Got through faster than the global entry folks

Worked like a charm at Miami Airport. Zipped past everyone using the Global Entry method. Saved a lot of time standing in line, but then had to wait for our luggage.

This app did a great job of getting everyones passport on the before our big trip.

This app is awesome for frequent travelers. Bypass that insane customs line and go straight to the front. Preserve your sanity.

We downloaded app while waiting in line, added our info, answered the questions and then went thru with no problems. Saved a lot of time because kiosks were down at airport.

What?!... In 2 minutes getting through JFK customs and immigration in the evening rush-hour?!!! This is my app!

We came in through Seatac, and the mobile app turned what would have been a 15 minute or more line into 0 minutes. We got to bypass the line entirely. The app was easy to use, although my only suggestion would be to be able to specify a time zone when setting the reminder alarm.

The best app on my iPhone. This app saved me 2 to 3 hours in line yesterday after arriving at ORD from Mexico. Before leaving Mexico I filled in the customs information on the Mobile Passport App, then once I landed at ORD, I hit the submit tab. It gave me a receipt with a bar code that was valid for 4 hours. I walked to the front of the long lines and was directed to lane #66. No one in line for lane #66. I walked right up, put my iPhone with the barcode face down on the reader, got a card from the Customs Officer, who directed me to the exit. Once I got to the exit, another Customs Officer took my card and had me put my iPhone with the barcode face down on the reader one last time, and hand in my card. I had cleared customs. I was on my way home at that point. The entire process from de-planing to clearing customs took about maybe 15 minutes. Highly recommend the Mobile Passport App.

The lines to use the computers were very long. I walked by them & was out in 2 mins.

App would not issue pass receipt at MIA. While friends sailed right through CBP I was stuck in customs for an hour & a half.

Systems were down and the staff informed us that US citizens could use this app. We saved easily 30 to 45 min by loading this app with details on our trip and scanned our passport. Looked like it should work well for familys too!

Wow, easy and great time saver. Worked as advertised. Just make sure you follow signs at immigration carefully. Try not to gloat as you pass everyone else standing in long lines!
