Great and easy to use.

Awesome!!

No brainer. Had everything scanned in ahead of time which took two minutes for multiple passengers within the household. Hit arrived when we landed and had receipts immediately. Easily saved a half hour in line.

Literally zipped through customs passing super long lines of people! Was simple to set up as well will not forget this next trip!

The app is simple and easy to use. It wisely does just want you need it to do to get thru customs. Made customs simple

Easy to use, and works with at most major airports, bypass the long APC lines. Look for MPC lines at international customs entries. Only works US and Canadian passports.

1 star because the doesnt inform you that it is completely useless for Permanent Residents. The app does not allow entering Green Card information, which means that you cannot use it if you or someone in your party is a Canadian citizen who lives in the United States. Why exclude Residents and only facilitate ease of travel for Visitors?

Installed and information was entered for my wife and I within 5 minutes. Skipped customs line AND BAGGAGE CUSTOMS LINE!

I have been using this since it began in Miami. My home airports are Ewr and JFK and I am so happy to have this app! I do have Global entry but this is even faster!! The good thing is there is no charge and you dont need to have an interview. I was able to clear with my family members too!! Awesome app! I am a frequent traveler and I highly recommend it!! You must look or ask where the mobile passport is but I just keep looking and I always found it!! Its is the best way to clear cdp!

Spent no time in Newark customs. Sent form once plane landed and worked great.

Downloaded it at our departure airport and used it immediately upon our arrival. Loved that it gave me the chance to take a quick pic that uploaded our passport information directly.

Great concept but still some kinks to work out @ IAD. Didnt really save us much time as the scanner was down @ passport control and we had to wait for someone to fix it; if it was working I suppose we would have gone through faster. Have to use it twice- once at passport control then again when leaving the customs area.

We sip try to line using this app. Filled out the form on the plane. Submitted on taxi five minutes later we were through customs at SJC. There were some difficulties scanning the QR code and the agents were complaining, saying they had no training whatsoever in how to accommodate people using the app and their phones. Typical of the government to leave the dots unconnected. Itll be great for about six months until everybody stats using it.

In and out of customs at Chicago Ohare airport within 5 minutes, as opposed to the usual 20-45 minute stay. Great app!

Set up everything for myself and two daughters before we left on the trip, so all had to do when we were leaving to come home was pick our arrival city and click on the we have landed button. Not every airport is available in the app, I.e., our home airport is LAX and that one is NOT supported! However, we were connecting through Minneapolis, which was. Never have I ever gotten through so quickly and easily. :)

Just got into JFK (home) from KEF. The app was great, BUT, led me to believe those traveling with me could bypass the line and were included w/MY Global Entry. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I could enter in all her Passport info for CBP and submit it, but when we got to the kiosk, it kicked her out. As this was my first time, and having read reviews, I think I could have bypassed the kiosk and we would have been fine. Something to try until she gets her entry card...

Installation was a flash with scanner and then through customs. We have GE and this makes it a breeze to get through lines.
