Absolutely amazing experience! So easy and quick!

Super easy to use and flew past everyone in line.

While a week ago I gave it 5-stars and entered the country at JFK in 2 minutes, today its just a 0 or, 1-star, because the app just didnt work. I would believe that it was my issue only but when the whole crew was in line with me because they had the same issue, we realised it is actually not working today. Might be outage or whatever... I asked the USCBP officer about it and confirmed that he was aware that the app is not working... What I mean, its free, its cool but you cant count on this app.

Went to Dominican Republic and used this app on the way back i was out of the airport in 5mins

This may not speed anything up after everyone downloads it, but definitely helped me make a recent connection! Easy to use and quick.

I try to use this app multiple times and it never works I email the company to get information on why it does not work and no one emails me back on reasons why! Im better off just get Global entry and stop dealing with this crap!

I used this app for me and my family after being recommended by a coworker. Didnt believe at first that this is a time saver. We landed in Atlanta international airport today. In fact most of the agents and people directing towards immigration andcustoms werent too much aware of this app. I filled out our passport details offline and when we landed was quickly able to submit for receipts. Got an error at first staring I have to fill old fashioned form but tried again and boom it was approved. We still had to wait in line like most of them who didnt have the app. We were directed to first agent finally who was the only one with qr scanner bar support. We still had to show our passport but our passports werent stamped like normally they do. Agents still seemed clueless what to do. Later asked him are we done? He said yes. I asked ok about custom clearance. He later checked with this supervisor and gave us a placard stating to pick up the bags and exit. We were going thru green channel where its nothing to declare we approved a lady immigration officer who asked who gave us this? I said huh? The immigration agent gave us this after I downloaded the app. She wanted to see my app for me and my family. Later she still asked me where we were coming from and what we bring in. Since we had nothing to declare or worry we answered and were still made to go thru regular line ( not global entry) and finally made it out. I gave rating a five as I believe it saved trouble of filling the form and if some of those agents are better trained and equipped it can work lot better. Honestly this is a new concept so will take time to catch up. But please give it a try. Great job CBP. Design off the app was very simple and flawless ( except small hiccup in approval at first). Also If agents are better trained than this works great. And we can be in and out in few minutes.

I almost hate to leave a review; if everyone starts to use this, the special feeling will go away. Suffice to say, we cleared FLL in 30 minutes, and it would have been faster if the luggage wasnt delayed. Easy to set up, easy to use, and a heckuva time saver!

There was a sign for MPC, but just for the name sake. Everyone but Global Entry had same line and anyway it took more than 1 hour to clear. Disappointed mainly due to the expectation that was setup by the app and program designers.

Im surprised that this app was not invented earlier. Works as intended and saves time.

Before I would spend an hour between the new scanners and then the long lines, with the app - skip it all, lane 8 with usually 3-4 people in line so what took an hour or more - now its 5 minutes.

Zipped through customs with this app. The regular line was hours long but we went through in minutes.

Very easy setup. Scan of my passport worked perfectly first time. Photo function great and like the pin security feature. I used it for the first time today and it was easy and better than the kiosks.

Although it does not work for me (my name is too "common"), it worked great for my "added" traveler and so, I "zipped" through customs.

I do a lot of international travel through JFK. I got off the plane at 2:15pm today. I was out of customs and waiting by the curb for my ride upstairs at 2:27pm...11 minutes and 30 seconds of the 12 minutes was walking time. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for now because of stability. Yesterday, I couldnt open the app. It would attempt to open but crash immediately. Luckily, I wasnt trying to use it yesterday. I just wanted to make sure it was going to work today...which it did but even after shutting done my iPhone completely and restarting, it crashed yesterday. The support is good though. I reported my issues and they got back to me within an hour or so.

So neat. Definitely helped getting through long and vicious lines in DFW.

A must have for any sensible traveler thank god for this app now immigration need to make officers more available for mobile passports

A coworker told me about this app when we are the airport heading back to the USA from Australia. I set it up while on the Tarmac and had no issues whisking through customs. The customs agent was a bit cranky; mentioned that the app makes HIS job more difficult, but really - thats his job. For the most part a good experience.

Well done, easy to use app did just what it said it would do. Performs perfectly and helped me blast through customs seamlessly. We needed this! As good as Global Entry.
